Indiana Jones of the art world strikes again…

Arthur Brand states that he found a Picasso painting titled Portrait of Dora Maar and worth $28m. This painting was said to have to been stolen from a yacht in France in 1999. The Dutch sleuth returned the painting to an insurance company.
