If you’re looking for family-friendly break this half term look no further than The Arch.

Just around the corner from London’s Marble Arch and minutes from Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Regent Street, The Arch hotel is the perfect base from which to explore London – and its child-friendly too.

Elegant grandeur

Don’t be fooled by the hotel’s austere exterior – a row of Georgian townhouses tucked away in Great Cumberland Place and converted into an 82-room 5-star boutique hotel – inside you’ll find kids’ cutlery, child-sized bathrobes, mini slippers and even baby products for the bath.

Throughout half term the hotel is offering a family fun package featuring interconnecting rooms with everything taken care of.

Fun for all the family

There’s a room and bathroom for your little ones – with a cot if needed – complete with complimentary Archie teddy bears for each child and milk and cookies at bedtime from the hotel’s Hunter 486 restaurant.

But it’s not all about the kids. There’s a room, bathroom and sitting area for you, a TV at the end of the bath, Malin+Goetz bathroom products and a complimentary mini bar as well as a fully stocked coffee machine in each room.

Kids eat free

While you could quite easily hunker down in your room and curl up on the sofa venture downstairs and you’ll find the hotel’s stylish Hunter 486 restaurant, where kids eat free with each main meal purchased throughout half term.

There’s child-friendly dishes such as fish and chips for the kids, and more sophisticated options such as dressed Dorset crab for grownups.

You’ll also find Le Salon de Champagne for a glass or two of fizz and a toy box with games and books for children of all ages.

The package includes a full English breakfast where you’ll find an almost over-whelming choice of cold and cooked dishes, from fresh honey on artisan bread to seasonal fruit and the full English with – you guessed it – Portobello mushrooms.

If you’re looking for something a little different that the whole family will enjoy, The Arch has nailed it.

The family fun package at The Arch starts from £390 per night including breakfast.
