Renowned parenting gear brand Joie receives big safety thumbs up for their i-Snug car seat.

The Joie i-Snug and i-Base Advance have earned the high ranking, “Very Good” ADAC rating for safety as well as a four-star recommendation from OAMTC.

German company ADAC is Europe’s biggest automobile organisation and is well known for being one of the most important and rigorous testers of child car seats in Europe.

Their tests use extreme speed and loads that exceed European Standards so you can be sure that if your seat has scored well with ADAC, it’s one of the safest seats you can buy.

In its latest round of testing, ADAC commented that Joie’s i-Snug, when teamed with the i-Base Advance, was a “very safe baby seat with ISOFIX base on which the seat can easily and stably mounted”

The i-Snug comes packed with a host of exclusive safety features to guarantee comfort and security for even the littlest of riders.

As well as the easy ISOFIX installation that ensures it’s always in the correct position, this seat is fully i-Size certified, while the exclusive Tri-Protect headrest offers optimum side impact protection with three layers of security to protect baby in the event of impact.

With intelli-fit memory foam and an easy-tight, three-point harness, little ones are kept snug and secure, while the exclusive new-born pillow ensures correct head positioning for the smallest passengers.

The ADAC and OAMTC ratings have also seen the i-Snug and i-Base Advance awarded a Which? Best Buy and five star rating.

Joie’s Head of Product Development, Damon Marriott said: “Child safety is at the forefront of everything we do at Joie, so it is brilliant to hear that this seat has scored so highly with ADAC, as well as achieving its Which? Best Buy status.

“Plaudits like these give our consumers confidence in our products, so they know that when they buy a Joie car seat, their child will be safe and sound.”
