Joie reassures parents with free, personalised online car seat advice now available.

In a bid to ensure parents aren’t left high and dry during the Covid-19 lockdown, baby gear brand Joie has launched a free, virtual car seat check, so families can rest assured their little ones are travelling safely, no matter what happens.

Jumping in the car and nipping to the shops isn’t something we can do as freely at the moment. Even if you aren’t using the car that much, you still need to know your little one can safely travel in it.

Also, the lockdown isn’t going to stop babies being born and new parents will need a safely installed car seat to bring their precious bundle home from hospital.

Car seats can sometimes be a little confusing to fit, which is why Joie puts a lot of effort into making sure their retailers are well trained in car seat installation. But recent events mean that many of these retailers have been forced to close.

How to access vital car seat fitting advice

Joie now bring the car seat experts right to you through its free virtual car seat check service. It couldn’t be more simple – all you need to do is fill out a short questionnaire about the type of Joie car seat you have along with your child’s weight and height.

Joie will then send you a link to your very own face to face meeting with one of our expert fitters. They will be able to show you exactly how your seat should be fitted and will be able to help you troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

We don’t know when the lockdown will end but it’s good to be prepared for every eventuality – especially where children are concerned.

So if you’ve recently bought a new car seat or just want to double check that your current seat is fitted correctly, get in touch with Joie today and book your free, virtual car seat check.

They can also help you find out if that new car seat you’ve got your eye on will fit your vehicle with a free find-your-fit vehicle fitting guide.
