The live-streaming beer festival is back due to popular demand and here’s how you can be involved.

Following the recent success of CYBER FEST, the world’s first online beer festival, Beer52 has announced CYBER FEST 2 taking place between 6pm-10pm on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th June.

The live-streaming experience promises to be an even bigger and better event. Ticket holders will receive a curated case of delicious craft beers in advance to sample during the beer festival.

Beer lovers will have the opportunity to come together and support a wider array of the Beer52, the UK’s no.1 craft beer discovery club, community’s favourite international breweries from over 12 different countries, all from the comfort of home.

What’s on at Cyber Fest 2?

Hosted by Richard Croasdale, the editor of Beer52’s in-house magazine Ferment and Douglas Garry, Beer52’s craft beer advisor, the event will feature virtual, back-to-back tastings and Q&A sessions with the brewers behind each beer in the box.

A packed further programme of live comedy sets from Olga Koch and Jack Barry, celebrity guests, music, brewery tours, a quiz with prizes and plenty of audience interaction.

The festival will also see the introduction of different themed and exclusive virtual bar hangouts for ticket holders to socialise after the festival.

Challenging times

Cyber Fest 2 also provides a chance to support some of the world’s favourite independent breweries at a challenging time, with all physical beer festivals cancelled. Independent brewers are also facing a huge decline in orders due to pubs being closed. Beer52 will be paying each of the breweries upfront to help their cash flow.

James Brown, founder of Beer52, said of Cyber Fest 2: “The first Cyber Fest was a huge success – the tickets sold out in hours, we were trending on Twitter and we were so thrilled to be able to get the Beer52 community and new members together virtually to support some of the best breweries on the planet, at such a challenging time.

“We have so much planned to make Cyber Fest 2 an even bigger and better event, and can’t wait to extend our support to our brewer friends.”
